Every Endurabook comes with a free 5-year warranty, 30-day returns, and long-term parts availability. This page explains what is covered, how repairs work, and what to expect as a customer.

What is covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failures under normal use
- Battery failure
- Keyboard, trackpad, Wi-Fi card and SSD failures
- Display issues not caused by accidental damage
What is not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, crushed screens)
- Normal battery wear over time
- Damage caused by unsupported firmware modifications
- Third-party repairs that cause further damage
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
Returns
You can return your Endurabook within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies even if you simply change your mind.
Return postage: For change-of-mind returns within 30 days, customers cover the cost of return shipping. For warranty repairs or confirmed faults, we cover all postage costs.
How repairs work
Endurabook is designed to be repaired by its owner using common tools. If you prefer, we can also handle repairs directly.
- Most repairs require only a Phillips PH0 screwdriver
- Replacement parts are available directly from us with published SKU pricing
- Repair guides include photos and step-by-step instructions for all replaceable parts
- For complex repairs, an optional repair service is available. During the warranty period, this is free of charge for manufacturing defects.

Software and firmware
Endurabook receives 15 years of security updates. If Zorin OS is no longer compatible with the hardware, a supported upgrade path to an alternative distribution will be provided. Firmware is documented and owners retain full control over updates. We aim to support open-source firmware where possible.
