1. Purpose of this warranty

This warranty explains the support Endurabook will provide if your laptop develops a fault. It sits in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this document reduces those rights.

2. Warranty duration

  • Coverage lasts 5 years from the date you receive your Endurabook.
  • Replacement parts supplied under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original 5‑year period.

3. Transferability

This warranty is fully transferable to a new owner.

Endurabook must be notified of the ownership transfer within 30 days of the change, including the new owner’s name, email address and the device serial number.

If Endurabook is not notified within this period, the warranty may continue but support may be delayed until ownership can be verified.

4. What this warranty covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use, including:

  • motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage
  • display panel
  • keyboard, trackpad, ports
  • internal power electronics
  • cooling system
  • chassis and structural components

If a covered fault occurs, Endurabook will provide:

  • a repair using genuine Endurabook parts, or
  • a replacement part, or
  • if repair is not possible, a replacement unit of equivalent specification

A mail-in repair service will always be available during the warranty period.

The remedy chosen will depend on parts availability and the nature of the fault.

5. What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage (drops, liquid, impact)
  • cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, worn keycaps)
  • damage caused by unauthorised modifications
  • damage caused by unsupported firmware or BIOS flashing
  • damage caused by third‑party repairs using non‑Endurabook parts
  • battery degradation from normal use
  • issues caused by software, operating systems or drivers not supplied by Endurabook

If a fault is caused by accidental damage or misuse, Endurabook may still offer a paid repair if parts are available.

6. User‑replaceable parts

Endurabook is designed to be repairable. The following parts are user‑replaceable without affecting warranty coverage, provided they are installed correctly:

  • SSD
  • RAM
  • battery
  • fan
  • keyboard
  • top casing (AB)
  • webcam
  • touchpad
  • display

Damage caused during an incorrect repair is not covered, but the act of repair itself does not void the warranty.

7. How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your laptop has a fault:

  1. Contact Endurabook support with a description of the issue.
  2. Provide your serial number and proof of purchase.
  3. Endurabook will help diagnose the issue remotely.
  4. If a repair is required, Endurabook will arrange:
    • shipment of a replacement part, or
    • return‑to‑base repair at the UK service address

You are responsible for safely packaging the laptop for return.

8. Repair process and timelines

Endurabook aims to complete most repairs quickly. Many repairs are completed within a week, but timelines vary depending on parts availability and workload. Target timeframes:

  • Parts shipment: 3–7 working days
  • Return‑to‑base repair: 7–14 working days from receipt

These are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines may vary depending on parts availability and workload.

9. If repair is not possible

If a fault cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, Endurabook may offer:

  • a replacement unit of equivalent specification, or
  • a refund reflecting the age and condition of the device

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Limitations of liability

This warranty does not cover:

  • loss of data
  • loss of productivity
  • indirect or consequential losses

You are responsible for backing up your data before sending the device for repair.

Nothing in this warranty limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Status of this document

This is a draft warranty provided for transparency during the pre‑order phase.A final, solicitor‑reviewed version will be supplied before any payment is taken.
